Effective date: September 26, 2026. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Returns & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference.

1. The store

This site is operated by K Beauty Forever, Anchorage, Alaska ("KBF," "we"). You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

2. Products; no medical claims

All products are cosmetic products for external use, sold for personal use only (we may limit quantities). Product descriptions and imagery are provided by manufacturers or prepared in good faith; packaging may vary. Nothing on this site is medical advice; statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read labels and ingredient lists before use and patch test new products.

3. Authenticity

Every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Note that products sourced for the Korean or global market may differ from U.S.-market versions in labeling and formulation.

4. Pricing and promotions

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period and are not applied retroactively. Return and exchange eligibility for sale and promotional items is set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Free-gift thresholds are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping and taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing and typographical errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error with a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it (including for suspected fraud or stock errors). If we cancel, you receive a full refund. Risk of loss passes per the Shipping Policy.

6. Lumi Rewards

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, accrue and redeem per the program terms on the Lumi Rewards page, and may be adjusted for returned orders. We may modify or discontinue the program on reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to KBF or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify genuine goods.

8. Disclaimer; limitation of liability

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KBF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY ORDER OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us; any dispute not so resolved shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
