Points are earned on what you pay after any discount. Shipping and tax don't earn points. A tier discount doesn't apply to items already on sale, gift certificates, or shipping.

One reward coupon per order. Your tier discount applies on top of it. Rewards never cover shipping.
Your points don't expire at launch. If we ever add expiry, it will only apply after twelve months without a purchase, and we will tell members well before it starts.

How do I join?
Create an account. It's free, and you start at Glow with 50 welcome points.
How do I earn points?
One point for every dollar you pay, after any discount, at Glow and Radiant. Luxe earns 1.25 and Luxe VIP earns 1.5 per dollar. Shipping and tax don't earn points.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are earned on your total spend with us: $1,000 for Radiant, $2,500 for Luxe, $5,000 for Luxe VIP. Every tier keeps the perks of the tiers below it.
Can I use a reward and my tier discount together?
Yes. One reward coupon per order, and a Luxe or Luxe VIP discount applies on top of it. The tier discount doesn't apply to items already on sale, to gift certificates, or to shipping.
Do my points expire?
Not at launch. If we introduce expiry later, it will only affect points after twelve months with no purchase, and members will get notice before it begins.
Can I lose a tier?
Six months without a purchase moves you down one tier, not back to Glow. One order brings you back onto the clock.
What about my birthday?
Glow members get 250 points. Radiant gets $5 off $30+, Luxe $10 off $50+, and Luxe VIP $15 off $50+. Add your birthday in your Lumi profile so we know when.
